Terms & Conditions

Introduction

These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the B&D Print Services Ltd website and the supply of products and services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Full trading terms and conditions may also be provided with quotations, order acknowledgements and invoices where applicable.

Quotations

All quotations are subject to confirmation and may be withdrawn or amended prior to order acceptance.

Unless otherwise stated, quotations are valid for 30 days.

Artwork and Proofing

Customers are responsible for checking all artwork, proofs and specifications carefully before approval.

B&D Print Services Ltd cannot be held responsible for errors approved by the customer, including spelling mistakes, layout issues, incorrect dimensions or specification errors.

Corrections or alterations requested after proof approval may incur additional charges.

Colour Variation

Due to the nature of commercial printing processes, slight colour variation may occur between proofs, reprints, digital displays and finished printed products.

Reasonable tolerances shall be accepted as industry standard.

Customer Supplied Materials

Any artwork, files, materials or data supplied by the customer remain the responsibility of the customer.

B&D Print Services Ltd reserves the right to reject supplied files or materials that are unsuitable for production.

Delivery

Delivery dates are estimates only and, whilst every effort is made to meet agreed timescales, B&D Print Services Ltd shall not be liable for delays outside of its reasonable control.

Risk in goods passes to the customer upon delivery.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are as stated on quotations, invoices or agreed account terms.

B&D Print Services Ltd reserves the right to charge interest and recovery costs on overdue accounts in accordance with applicable UK legislation.

The Seller reserves the right to suspend work, delivery or further credit where accounts are overdue.

Retention of Title

All goods remain the property of B&D Print Services Ltd until paid for in full.

Limitation of Liability

B&D Print Services Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, consequential or business losses arising from the use of supplied products or services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability shall in all cases be limited to the value of the goods or services supplied.

Intellectual Property

Customers are responsible for ensuring they hold the necessary rights and permissions for any artwork, images, logos or content supplied for reproduction.

Whilst we make reasonable efforts to ensure information on this website is accurate, we make no guarantees regarding completeness, accuracy or availability.

Governing Law
