Every insert is printed, cut and finished at our Leyland factory, alongside the folding cartons and swing tags they often ship with.

Turnaround & Delivery

Most jobs are ready in 3–5 working days, depending on volume and finish. Some jobs run quicker than that, so a tighter deadline is worth asking about. We can advise on sizes that work best with your packaging. If you want a mock-up to test the fit before a full run, we produce those as a separate, quoted job. Inserts print digitally for smaller runs or litho once quantities increase, and everything is made at our Leyland site with UK-wide delivery.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is there a minimum order for packaging inserts?

No. There is no minimum on a production run, so you order the quantity you need. Small runs print digitally, which suits a first batch, a single product launch or a seasonal insert you only want for a few weeks.

Will the insert fit the boxes we already use?

Tell us the internal size of your box, mailer or bag and we size the insert to sit flat inside it without creasing or catching. Send us the packaging itself if it is an unusual shape. We also produce a mock-up so you check the fit before the full run, quoted separately from your main quantity.

Which stock should we choose for a handwritten thank you note?

Pick an uncoated or textured stock, because pen ink sits into the surface instead of smudging on top of it. Matt, gloss and soft-touch laminates look good on a printed card but they resist ink, so keep those for inserts nobody writes on.

How long do packaging inserts take?

Most orders are ready in 3 to 5 working days from artwork approval, depending on volume and finish. Foiling, embossing and die-cut shapes add a little time. Where the date is tight, ask us, because straightforward printed and trimmed inserts often move quicker than the standard time.
