At B&D Print Services, we produce custom notebooks in A4, A5, A6 and bespoke sizes, with a choice of binding styles, paper types and printed covers. You can brand the cover, the internal pages or both depending on how you want to use them. Notebooks are printed, bound and trimmed at our Leyland factory.

Turnaround & Delivery

Typical turnaround is 5–7 working days, depending on quantity and finish. A conference date or an event deadline is worth telling us about when you enquire, because some jobs run quicker than the standard time. Notebooks are produced at our Leyland site, with UK-wide delivery or collection if you are nearby. Shorter runs print digitally, with litho available once quantities increase.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is there a minimum order for branded notebooks?

No. There is no minimum on a production run, so you order the quantity you need. A few dozen for a training day is as welcome as a few thousand for a conference, and short runs print digitally to keep the set-up cost sensible.

Which binding should we choose?

Wire-o opens flat and folds right back on itself, which is what most people want on a desk or in a meeting. Perfect binding gives a square printed spine and reads like a book, so it suits a journal or a planner you want to look considered. Stapled is the lowest cost and works well on thinner books.

Do you print the inside pages as well as the cover?

Yes. Inner pages come lined, grid, dotted or plain, and we add printed headers, footers, logos or a repeating page furniture design if you want the branding carried through the book rather than sitting only on the front.

How long do branded notebooks take?

Typical turnaround is 5 to 7 working days from artwork approval, depending on quantity and finish. Where an event date is tighter than that, tell us when you enquire and we will let you know what is achievable.
