Door Drops

Naked Mail
Within the last decade the Royal Mail are now able to handle unwrapped or ‘naked’ mailers. This means we can send out a booklet, magazine or catalogue without the need to polywrap.
This will reduce production costs as well as being more environmentally friendly. You will still keep any postal discounts available compared to a normal mailing and in some cases it will reduce your postal costs.

Data Cleansing
We can clean and prepare your data to ensure it matches to the official Royal Mail PAF (Postcode address file). We will identify incomplete and incorrect areas of your data and update them, reducing the chance of undeliverable mail and ensuring it has the best chance of landing on the correct doorstep.
Any duplicates in your data can also be removed ensuring you are not repeating your message to the same clients, our software can also looks for near duplicates which are also likely to be the same person and remove these.
Fulfilment
